Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially on its way to you.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times vary by location and begin after your order has been dispatched.
Below are the estimated delivery windows:
United States: 6–12 Business Days
United Kingdom: 6–12 Business Days
New Zealand: 6–10 Business Days
Canada: 7–12 Business Days
Australia: 8–12 Business Days
Please note that carriers may experience transit delays during peak periods or holidays.
International shipments may also face additional customs inspections, which can extend delivery time.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause delays or order cancellations.
If our system detects an issue with the address, we will contact you within 3 business days to confirm the details.
If we do not receive a response, we may cancel the order to prevent further issues.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us within 24 hours at support@ortholabz.com.
We will do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours.
Delayed Delivery

However, factors beyond our control—such as weather events, customs delays, or courier disruptions—may affect delivery times.
Unexpected issues like product availability or payment verification may also cause delays.
If anything affects your order, we will keep you updated as soon as possible.
While we aim for reliable delivery, Ortholabz cannot be held liable for delays caused by external circumstances.
That said, we're always here to support you and assist wherever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating missing packages can be.
Once your package has been handed to the courier, its transit is no longer directly within our control.
If you believe your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@ortholabz.com.
We also recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim.
We’re happy to assist with follow-up steps and updates.
Please note that Ortholabz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, though in certain cases a replacement may be offered if a package remains undelivered.
In some situations, filing a police report may be required.
